2. Scope

These terms govern use of the website for information and bookings. Product information, pre-contract information, booking confirmation and any service-specific or package-tour agreement are considered together. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved. Browsing the website does not automatically authorise actions requiring separate explicit consent or contractual approval.

3. Service information and bookings

Before booking, review the selected tour or transfer’s date, start time, meeting/pickup point, duration, participant requirements, inclusions and exclusions, total price, payment and cancellation conditions. A starting price does not replace the total price for the selected date, option and number of participants. Per-person versus per-vehicle/group pricing is indicated in product and booking information.

An availability enquiry or completed form does not always constitute a confirmed booking. Confirmation status is stated in the booking confirmation. When paying on the tour, the confirmation and relevant cancellation conditions still apply. Contact [email protected] if payment and confirmation information conflict.

4. User information and safe use

Booking details must be accurate and current. Anyone acting for others must have the necessary authority and inform participants about the service and personal data notices. Children’s participation is subject to the product’s age and supervision rules.

Disrupting the website, gaining unauthorised access, unlawfully using others’ information or making fraudulent bookings is prohibited. If an account is used, protect login details and report suspicious activity. Proportionate security measures may be applied without preventing exercise of statutory rights.

5. Participation, transfers and changes

Participants must be at the meeting point and time in the confirmation. Hotel pickup time may differ from the tour start time. Changes to flights or accommodation must be reported as soon as possible. Health, age, equipment and safety requirements are disclosed in advance for each service and must be followed for safe participation.

Customers are notified of significant changes or cancellation and offered applicable options. This page does not grant the agency unlimited or retroactive unilateral powers to change services. Using providers does not automatically remove the agency’s statutory responsibilities. Separate Cancellation and Refund Conditions and mandatory law govern cancellations and refunds.

6. Content and external links

Rights in website text, images and brands belong to their respective owners. Permissions required for reproduction or commercial use beyond personal review must be obtained. Reviews must reflect genuine experience and must not contain unlawful or misleading content or disclose others’ personal information.

Links to third-party websites, payment, map and messaging services may also be subject to those providers’ terms. This does not remove statutory responsibilities for the service sold.

7. Personal data

Personal data processing is explained in the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK) and Privacy Policy. Choices required for marketing and non-essential cookies are obtained separately. These terms cannot be used as explicit consent.

8. Disputes and updates
