DISTANCE SALES AND SERVICE AGREEMENT
Last revised: 28 October 2026
These general conditions must be read with the booking-specific buyer, service, provider/intermediary role, total price, payment and performance information. Package tours and standalone passenger transport are subject to their own scope and rules.
1. Parties
ARMİ TURİZM TİCARET İTHALAT İHRACAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, operating as Arbat Travel, Class A travel agency licence no. 11309.
Tax office: Alanya Tax Office. Tax identification number: 0800697788.
Address: Saray Mahallesi, Şirinevler Sokak, Best Home 20 Sitesi, No:16/B, Alanya/Antalya, Türkiye. Telephone: +90 545 302 92 07. Email: [email protected].
The buyer is the person identified with contact details in the relevant booking transaction document. Arbat Travel’s capacity as provider or intermediary and the identity of the business actually supplying the service are separately disclosed for each booking.
2. Subject and booking information
The agreement governs rights and obligations for supplying the selected tour, activity or transfer on the agreed terms. The booking-specific document includes service name and option, date and local start time, participant numbers and age categories, meeting or transfer points, duration, inclusions, exclusions and participation conditions. General promotional text does not replace these details.
3. Price and payment
Before ordering, the buyer is informed of the total price including taxes, currency, per-person or per-vehicle/group pricing, foreseeable extra costs, payment method, any deposit and balance due date. Chargeable extras are not supplied without approval. Preselected extras cannot create an unapproved payment obligation.
Immediately before final confirmation, the buyer must be clearly informed that the order creates a payment obligation. Paying on the tour does not automatically remove confirmed-booking cancellation conditions. Payment details should be provided only through the methods shown in the booking.
4. Pre-contract information and acceptance
Essential service characteristics, identities and contacts, total price, payment and performance, cancellation/withdrawal conditions and remedies must be presented before payment or a binding order. Acknowledgement of receipt of pre-contract information and acceptance of the agreement must be separately recorded. Merely visiting a page is not acceptance of all terms or personal data processing.
The booking confirmation, relevant agreement and pre-contract information must be delivered in a form the customer can retain.
5. Performance and parties’ obligations
The service is supplied with the content, date and conditions of the confirmed booking. The buyer must provide accurate participant and contact details, attend at the notified place and time and comply with previously disclosed safety and participation rules. Using a provider does not remove the agency’s statutory obligations. If the service cannot be supplied or changes significantly, the buyer is informed, required approval for an alternative is obtained and statutory refund and other rights are preserved.
6. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
For day tours and activities that are not package tours, customer cancellation at least 24 hours before the start receives a full refund; cancellation in the final 24 hours or non-attendance is non-refundable, subject to mandatory statutory rights. Transfer conditions and notice methods are explained separately in the Cancellation and Refund Conditions.
For multi-day tours, previously disclosed lawful contractual deductions or percentages apply. Special package-tour rules remain protected, including termination 30 days in advance, unforeseeable/unavoidable events, force majeure, provider cancellation and the 14-day refund period.
Where the Distance Contracts Regulation applies and no exception exists, the statutory withdrawal right and notice method must be separately presented. A statutory exception may apply to fixed-date leisure activities; standalone passenger transport and package-tour rules must be assessed separately. It cannot be stated collectively that no product has a withdrawal right.
7. Personal data
The controller, purposes, legal grounds, recipient groups and rights are explained in the KVKK notice. Transfer of booking data to relevant domestic or foreign suppliers is subject to legal conditions. Accepting the agreement is not general consent for processing requiring explicit consent.
8. Requests and disputes
Send requests and complaints to [email protected]. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts and competent bodies subject to current jurisdiction and application conditions. Mandatory Turkish consumer rules and other applicable mandatory provisions remain reserved.
9. Booking-specific document
The final document must contain the dated version for the transaction, party details, selected service, total price, payment, performance and cancellation conditions and be retained with the buyer’s acceptance.
