This is an admission ticket with an audioguide, so you can enjoy the museum without joining a live guided tour.
The audioguide is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese and Korean. A deposit is required at the museum ticket office when collecting the device. Check the deposit arrangements there before your visit begins; the deposit is separate from the ticket price.
Choose a session starting at 10:00, 12:00, 14:30 or 16:30. The stated museum opening hours are 10:00–17:00, and the ticket office is open from 09:30 to 16:30. The museum is closed on Thursdays. Plan your arrival with enough time to collect your audioguide and complete the entrance formalities before your confirmed session.
The ticket costs €25 per person, including the audioguide, with one price for all ages and no separate adult, child or infant rates. The booking capacity is limited to 50 tickets. Transport, a live guide, food, drinks and personal expenses are not included.
